Surcharges
SAT reserves the right to amend prices due to excessive fluctuations in currency exchange rates, fuel surcharges and increases in government taxation.
Passport, Visa & Health
SAT will be happy to advise on visa requirements and health matters. It is however the responsibility of each traveler to ensure that he or she
- has a valid passport and, if necessary, a visa for the tour destination and
- takes the appropriate precautions against sickness while abroad – including vaccinations – in consultation with a qualified medical practitioner
Included in the Tour Price
The tour price includes all travel services specified on our website or in written offers made to the client. It does not include transfers to and from departure airports, visa charges, gratuities, laundry, beverages or other personal items unless stated otherwise. Travel insurance is not included.
Insurance
It is essential that all participants in SAT’s tours should purchase travel insurance. We can recommend JBI Travelcover who offer comprehensive travel insurance all over the world. Click here to go to their website for a quotation. There are of course many other insurance providers. When buying a policy please ensure that it contains cancellation cover for the full cost of your holiday.
Responsibilities of SAT Travel
SAT accepts responsibility for tour details as described in the itinerary and for providing the contracted travel details. We do not accept responsibility for expenses incurred as a result of sickness, injury, delay, weather, strike action, loss of property or other causes. Such costs are the responsibility of the traveler. We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised itinerary if required by circumstances beyond our control. SAT also reserves the right to cancel a tour if a certain minimum number of travelers have not made a reservation. If a tour is cancelled by SAT, all payments will be refunded. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your tour while it is underway, you should inform the Tour Manager or local representative, who will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the difficulty. If you remain unhappy, you should notify SAT in writing within 28 days of your return. We promise to review your complaint fairly and promptly.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your reservation, you must notify the SAT office in writing immediately. Under these circumstances, you are subject to cancellation fees as below.
